Level 5 locked doors

Hi! im updated to V 0.6.3.7 but I cant still gain any progress. The eyetoken doors by the lighting strike is still locked and closed, even after the update? Have i done something wrong?

if your entered portal before new patch then you need to kill yourself and start from portal checkpoint to reset lvl5 and get openable doors.
