Exanima Purchased in Website

My friend recently purchased Exanima from this website/ Main Sui Generis site. Hes DRM free copy is here since he can just download from site, but hes Steam key hasn't arrived yet for almost 3 hours now.

Any ideas?

Sometimes the Steam keys need to be manually sent, if so @Brendan will get you taken care of as soon as he can. It may be helpful for your friend to send Brendan a PM explaining that he hasn't received a Steam key yet.
