Do you plan to license the engine?

Hi,

Just saw the movie on kickstarter, and what you've done with the engine is amazing. It seems the engine can be used for much more than just one game. Do you have plans for licensing it at some point in the future perhaps?

They've talked about this, they want to keep their technology proprietary and release it in their own game first, and then in the future they will consider licensing or sharing their engine and tools. It's part of the reason they went with Kickstarter as opposed to going to a publisher for funding, because they (Madoc) wants to use the engine and tools he has written for his dream game, rather then sell it out to some other studio. It's the conduit through which he wants to create his brain-child and project that he's been dreaming of for years, and he wants it to be the first of it's kind, just like Sui Generis is in so many ways.
