Best bet is to have him send an email to [email protected] and mention what the account name is that is being blocked. Bare Mettle have been changing the spam filters in an attempt to lessen the number of fake accounts being created and currently the filters are too strict so they are catching legitimate accounts as well as the spammers. They are aware this is occurring and working on a solution.

Ah, so that explains why there's been much less spam around here. I was wondering about that.
