Hey Exanimates,
The focus for this week continues to be preparing the update for release, through beta testing and patches. The latest beta patch includes many fixes and improvements for mind thaumaturgy, a new power, and even some arena bug fixes.
For this dev meeting we discussed and shared many balance considerations on crystals, future consumable items, and light source compromises.
Additionally, we talked a bit more about more varied and dynamic music, with an emphasis on some technical requirements for streaming and compression.
There is quite a lot more we discussed, but many topics were potential spoilers, or on subjects we believe are not ready to share in a coffee diary just yet.
